Face/Off
Action Thriller
A deadly criminal has plans to blow up LA, and the only way he can be
stopped is if a cop 'swaps faces' with the criminal's brother.
Unfortunately, the criminal's brother wakes up out of the coma a bit too
early and burns all the evidence that the face-swap ever took place.
Travolta and Cage are pitted against each other for this
thrill-a-minute masterpiece from the superb John Woo, which excels on
intelligence and excitement, but is backed up by some powerful scenes from
the outset. Stunning.

Frailty
Thriller/mild horror
Frailty is a gripping, unique thriller in which a father of two goes on
a killing spree in order to "kill demons". Don't ask. Expect to see a full
review on here some time in the future.

From Dusk Till
Dawn
Action Thriller
Quite possibly the most over the top, sickeningly gory action-thriller
I have ever seen, FDTD has Seth (George Clooney) and his deranged brother
(Quentin Tarantino) high-jacking and taking hostage a caravan and family,
led by a preacher. Wanted for murder, theft and god knows what else, the
brothers must make it to a 'tastefully' named night-club in Mexico in
order to reach safety. Then the whole film goes crazy. I'm not going to
spoil what happens next, because it's possibly one of the most
unbelievably shocking movie twists of all time, transforming the rest of
the movie into an insane blood-bath. 'From Dusk Till Dawn' is without a
doubt the most adult action movie I have seen in a very long time, with
literally tides of blood, gore and vomit coupled with an extreme amount of
unsavoury language. Definitely not for the faint-hearted.
